About You Consult

More Service Options

We would all agree with the idea that true attractiveness transcends from the inside out. At the
same time, studies have shown that it takes a tenth of a second to form an impression of a stranger
from their face (Willis & Todorov 2006, First Impressions, Psychological science July Issue). This
brings us to the most important question, where should I spend my money, time, and energy to achieve
the best outcome for me?

By day, Nurse Pam specialises in anti-wrinkle injections as well as dermal fillers. In her spare time she spends most days working on her hobbies and other passion – holistic wellness. Nurse Pam combines her medical training along with her passion in hot topics in scientific studies including Psychology, social science, bio-hacking, biology, diet, supplements, and different disciplines of medicine. She believes in a clear style of communication. Breaking down complicated topics in everyday language will help patients decide other areas to investigate about themselves so they can be the best version of themselves.

An all About You Consult is a preferred way to start a conversation about you, inside and out. Unbiased
advice can also be offered on other cosmetic treatments, non-medical referrals and opinion based expert consulting. With over 10 yrs of experience in the medical aesthetic industry, Nurse Pam will give you insight and bring out your best and true self.

It’s not always what you eat that impacts your health, sometimes its what's present from birth that
can be understood to impact your health and improve overall being.

The connection between nutrients, diet and gene expression is known as nutrigenomics. Nutrients of
note include those involved in the one-carbon cycle such as folate, choline, vitamin A and vitamins
B2, B6 and B12.

The focus point with nutritional genomics is to simply identify genetic variants that may be
significant in understanding genetic responses to diet related diseases and to identify effective
dietary strategies to prevent or treat diseases.

Nutritional genomics provides the open understanding of what it means to develop molecular
biomarkers of early, pivotal changes between disease progression and health maintenance.
The study of nutrigenomics is a scientific study about the human health, nutrition and genome. The
ability to understand that parts of or genes impacting overall health made by using different
nutrition is a study that’s been tested in nutrigenomics. This presents an evaluation of different
genetics and how foods can improve overall gene impact.
